YNOT was the first adult webmaster resource site, starting back before JanesGuide did and it's still going strong today. If you're thinking of starting a website, this is a great first stop to gather information. They have directory listings for services like affiliate programs, stat and counter services, adult webhosting and design and content. They also have an extensive adult webmaster database if you're looking to get in touch with someone in particular, and very active discussion forums and chats. All in all still one of the best around. I'm asked often in email for advice getting started in this industry, and this is one of the places I recommend.

Other features: The listings for everything from affiliate programs to the webmaster directorys are searchable, which is great because the site is so extensive. They also have articles and info archived for the past several years, and an opt-in newsletter for adult webmasters covering need-to-know things like legal happenings.
